The Halle Estate

At their deaths, Mr. and Mrs. Halle left their home in north Atlanta to The Halle Foundation with the direction that the trustees preserve the property and use it in ways that would directly further the Foundation’s charitable mission. The 12,000 square foot home sits on nearly 20 acres of beautifully wooded and landscaped property, making it one of the largest undivided parcels of residential real estate in this part of Atlanta. In addition to housing the Foundation’s administrative offices, the estate is available for use by the Foundation’s nonprofit partners for Foundation-sponsored small conferences and seminars, fundraisers, receptions and other events that further the charitable mission of the Foundation and are consistent with current zoning requirements. Please contact the Executive Director for further information about the estate.
